Certification Body at the
Information and Certification Center of the
Gosstandart of the Russian Federation in Prague
(further on referred to as CB ICC) was
inaugurated by the
Gosstandart of the Russian Federation.
It functions since May 1996.
CB ICC
is authorised to issue certificates to the
products under the GOST R Certification System.
The Certificate of Authorisation has the serial
number POCC CZ. 0001.11AЯ80
(it is valid till June 21, 2010).
The GOST R Certificate of
Conformity to the products, subject to a
compulsory certification in the Russian
Federation, is a document, absolutely necessary
for receiving an import license and right of
sale of the products in the Russian Federation.
Activities
of CB ICC:
- to issue Certificates of
Conformity and licenses to use the Marks of
Conformity of the GOST R Certification System
within a wide range of the
area of accreditation, as well as
their registration with the State Register of
the System;
- an inspection and a control of
the certified products;
- an organization of and
participation in exhibitions, seminars with the
aim in view to clarify the actual policy of the
Gosstandart of the
Russian Federation
within the area of its authorization;
- consulting and information in
the field of the certification and
